Delete Your Account
This page explains how you can request the deletion of your MicroLearn account and the personal data associated with it, in line with our Privacy Policy.
1. How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your account and associated data, send an email to the address below from the email address you used to sign in to MicroLearn (via Google Sign-In), including your username if you remember it. This helps us verify the request and locate your account.
2. What Gets Deleted
Once your request is verified, we permanently delete the following data associated with your account:
- Your Firebase Authentication account (email, user ID)
- Your cloud-synced progress data (streaks, badges, coins, quiz history, favorites, category stats, selected avatar/frame, app preferences)
- Any other personal data stored on our servers and linked to your account
3. What Is Retained
Locally cached data on your own device is removed when you uninstall the app. We do not retain any personal data on our servers beyond what is described above; anonymized, aggregate usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for analytics purposes.
4. Response Time
We process and complete deletion requests within 30 days of verification. If you contact us by email to request deletion, we will respond to confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days.
